Auto Tool Compensation

If you have in-machine probing installed on your machine and a tooling ball mounted on your table to use as a calibration master, you can run lights out and still make good parts.

It's amazing how many places have this feature on their machines, and the probe is just setting on a shelf collecting dust. We don't hire employees to come in and do nothing. How It Works

We will create a custom macro program that will check any features on your parts and  automatically adjust the tool wear compensation for the tool that makes that feature. 

After X number of parts, the probe will verify calibration by probing a tool ball mounted on your machine to ensure that you are always making good parts.
