Macro Package

If you do not know if the macro package is installed on your controller, there is a easy way to find out.

At your machine control,  go to the MDI screen. Type in exactly what is between the quotation marks - " #1=1; " . 

The symbol for the semi-colon is typically represented by the key with EOB written on it, on the cnc machine keypad.

If the machine goes into an alarm state, you do not have the macro package.

If it appears to do nothing, than you have the cnc macro package.
